  What happened to this place? It used to be good. Unfortunately, the last several times we have been there it has been disappointing, but last night was the final straw. We were seated on the side by the windows and absolutely froze. We were given chips immediately, then were ignored for 10 minutes. After flagging someone down to take our order, we sat for another 20 minutes without drinks or food. After asking about our food, someone brought it out. It was cold and mediocre at best. We couldn't find anyone to box our leftovers, so I went to the server's station myself and found a box to box up what was worth taking home, then sat another 10 minutes waiting for the check. Since we had tickets to an event at the Budweiser Event Center, I decided to go to the reception desk and try to pay so we wouldn't be late for the show. Had to wait again, just to find someone to track down our waiter and find our check. Even worse, no one seemed to care that we had a bad experience. Such a shame. It is such a good location and festive decor', but don't waste your time or your money.
